professional sales associate, to help you buy the home of your choice, using
my expertise to make buying that home a smooth and pleasant experience. * To help you find that home I will discuss your
requirements with you, review specific facts on financial alternatives,
provide information on all homes available in the area you choose and show you
the entire area you select, locating schools, shopping, recreational
facilities and religious institutions. * To help you choose a Home I will obtain the
necessary written information on taxes, local laws, covenants and restrictions
of the area your future home might be in. I will give you a complete estimated
settlement expense sheet fort any home on which you make an offer. * To help you buy that home I will assist you in
obtaining financing, handle all the detail work and negotiations, carefully
explain all written documents and give you a copy of everything you sign. * I will accompany you to a financial lender if
you desire and explain the procedure for a mortgage application. I will
accompany you to the settlement making sure you understand the entire process. *Those are just some of my services.
Along with that I will handle all inspections, being there in
person , keep constant contact with the settlement agent of attorney,
inspectors and lender.
I will remind you about your Homestead exemption after closing so you do not
pay more property taxes than necessary.
